a polish match made in heaven!

seriously, these two colors i think were meant for each other.

 

to get the look on all the blue nails, i started with two coats of sinful colors “blue by you” and layered two more coats of sinful colors “faceted” over it. both polishes have an aquamarine/turquoise undertone to them and in good light these nails look like the ocean. i left my little snowman from my christmas nails because neither hand chipped the snowman and i thought he was too cute 🙂

i somehow managed to get four days off in a row (partially thanks to the holidays) so i figured i should go all out on my nails for my boyfriend’s family parties since they won’t get ruined immediately.

and if you’ve ever wondered, i’m usually too lazy to take a picture of my right hand, but i am mostly ambidextrous so luckily for me me non-writing hand usually looks just about as good as my left hand! the detail on the bow was a little hard though haha

playing with all my new striping brushes that i got, the quickest idea i had at 10 at night was some candy canes.

 

obviously it got a bit late, i didn’t feel like cleaning up and just wanted to go to bed. so messy nails, but oh well. added the little holographic dot strips, but you can’t really see them very well.

thanksgiving turkey nails!

of course for me, a day off means i get to wear a manicure for more than four hours so i’m going to go all out! cute little turkeys were perfect for the occasion.
